QFD: Quality Function Deployment


Introduction:

Quality Function Deployment is a method for turning your customers' wants and needs into company requirements. QFD was invented in Japan in the late sixties to support the product design process for large ships. Today, its applications extend beyond product design to any planning process where a team has decided to prioritize customer objectives.

During this three-day workshop you will learn to build the QFD house of quality and its 8 rooms, by using cross functional teams, customer concerns and competitive analysis.
