J. Lynn Soylemez, Managing Partner


Ms. Lynn Soylemez, operating officer of EuroQuest and general partner, has a strong background in product quality and customer service. Prior to EuroQuest, she was the Director of Consumer Affairs and Customer Service at Delphi Technology. She has also held marketing research and management positions at Colgate Palmolive, Kendall and Opinion Research Corporation. She has a BA in social psychology from Boston University, and is a provisional ISO lead auditor.

Sezer M. Soylemez, PhD, Principal & Executive Consultant


Dr. Sezer Soylemez is EuroQuest managing principal. Dr. Soylemez is a TickIT auditor and ISO 9001:2000 Auditor. He is the architect of the EuroQuest integrated management system approach, and has successfully implemented the first ISO 2000 registrations in the world. His primary expertise is in the service sector where he is recognized as one of the leading quality consultants in America. Dr. Soylemez has taken several multi-national companies to registration and is currently writing a book on quality management for service organizations. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (BS), University of Pennsylvania (MS, PhD), and Harvard Business School.

John Anthony Corrigan, Auditor General, Executive Consultant


Mr. Anthony (Tony) Corrigan is Auditor General for EuroQuest. Mr. Corrigan is a fellow of the Irish Quality Association. He has personally assisted over 75 companies in their ISO-based registrations, including ISO 9000, QS-9000, and TS 16949. He is a Registered Lead Assessor under the auspices of the National Registration Scheme for Assessors of Quality Systems in London. He has a broad range of experience in the areas of quality training, implementation consultation, and auditing. He has lectured extensively on all aspects of Quality Assurance, including Lead Assessor Training and Internal Auditor Training classes. Mr. Corrigan has engineering degrees as well as in commercial law. Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance of London -- the highest level of achievement for a quality professional.

George Anderson, EuroQuest Management Rep, Sr. Consultant


As a senior consultant for EuroQuest, Mr. Anderson's consulting experience includes the design, implementation, and training of management systems in the areas of quality, manufacturing, and the environment with particular expertise in ISO 9000 & ISO/TS 16949 and Lean Manufacturing Systems.

George assists EuroQuest clients in the area of process re-engineering, conducting workflow analyses, and making recommendations for change in process and/or physical plant. His expertise in the area of quality engineering includes measurements assurance, risk management, emergency preparedness and response, statistical analysis and novel approaches for managing process control. Mr. Anderson has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from N.C. State University, and an M.B.A from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Auditor (RAB), and a Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ ).
